Sales & Distribution Director

Responsible for leading the distribution and sales strategy for the Theatrical business in Mexico, driving sustainable revenue growth and optimizing film performance in alignment with UPI’s global objectives Define and oversee the execution of distribution and sales strategies to maximize attendance and box office revenue for our films. Manage the Distribution and Sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and growth. • Develop strategic relationships with exhibitors and key partners, ensuring long-term synergies. Manage budgets and business projections. Manage advanced market analysis and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities. Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Intelligence, Legal, and Human Resources to align strategies and deliver business objectives. Monitor KPIs and sales forecasts, ensuring compliance with business objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives and the development of new business tools. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, accelerating leadership development and career development. Establish a growth mindset across the organization, promoting continuous learning and innovation. Develop innovative strategies that maximize film performance and consumer experience.
