The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the tactical execution of promotional campaigns for assigned titles, with a particular focus on physical marketing channels such as shopping malls and movie theaters, as well as premium formats (IMAX, 4DX, Sala Jr, VIP, Platino). The role includes coordinating activities with exhibitors, managing the creative agency’s deliverable schedule, and overseeing the review of scripts for social media assets and marketing materials.

Role Responsibilities Campaign Coordination Coordinate approved strategies between Social and Publicity managers and agencies (INK and Mediacom). Ensure timely execution and publication of approved activities. Identify and integrate real-time trends into campaigns. Spot and communicate new partnership opportunities. Schedule meetings with potential partners in alignment with managers. Ensure campaign ideas from Publicity and Social are well integrated. Organize alignment meetings between Social/MC and Publicity/INK to maximize efforts and avoid duplication.

Planning, coordinating, and executing special events, promotional actions, and marketing activations across various Latin American territories.

The Production Services Analyst is responsible for documenting, executing, and communicating all activities carried out from the assignments desk to the Telemundo bureau, as well as any field coverage indicated in the work orders for specific projects or special assignments. This information will be provided by the Supervisor of Camera Operators and Editors and reported to the Senior Manager of Technical Production and Field Services.
