Our Universal Pictures International (UPI) Spain team are currently seeking a Sales Trainee for the duration of 6+6 months (contrato de practicas). This role offers a hands‑on introduction to the commercial side of the film industry, giving you real exposure to theatrical distribution, trade initiatives, and sales operations within a global entertainment company. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Technical and Finance, supporting the day‑to‑day activities that help our films reach audiences across Spain.

Based in London and reporting to the EVP EMEA, the EMEA Regional Marketing team is responsible for overseeing the execution of the title specific marketing plans within the EMEA region. This includes implementation of global marketing strategy together with understanding territory nuance and empowered to represent territory feedback to head office. The EMEA Media Director reports to the VP of Marketing, EMEA. This role is for a fixed-term period of 14 months to cover maternity leave.

Role Purpose The BI Ops Specialist ensures the continuity, reliability, and quality of the analytical ecosystem for Mexico and LATAM, enabling strategic decision‑making across Marketing, Distribution, and Finance, in integrated collaboration with the Data Strategy team based in LA and London. The In-Theater Associate plays a key role in supporting the In-Theater Material Coordinator to ensure the successful management, tracking, and execution of all materials displayed in theaters. This position is essential to maintaining accurate information flow for strategic internal decision-making, guaranteeing that our in-theater systems remain updated, organized, and aligned with NBCUniversal’s standards. Main Responsibilities Daily Updates: Maintain and update all core files related to in-theater materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas: Work closely with Regional Marketing team to support the proper execution of film releases in markets across the region. Liaise with Home Office and licensee partners on marketing-related matters, not limited to campaign planning, publicity, and promotional activities. Service marketing assets and materials to partners, local offices, and vendors. Brief vendor and vet localisation work for pan-regional campaigns. Facilitate approvals of publicity and creative requests between local offices and Home Office.
