This is a 9 months fixed term contract. As the Creative Services Executive this role is responsible for managing the localisation and servicing of all marketing related creative materials for Universal film releases. With strong attention to detail and organisation skills this role serves as the key gatekeeper for the creative servicing process including management of deadlines, specifications and coordination of asset approvals.

The Universal Pictures International Finance team plays a key role in supporting the UPI Senior Management team. OVERVIEW The Sales Manager takes a broad responsibility across the sales team to identify and shape optimal release strategies for each title, whilst continuing to maximise negotiations with their own assigned clients for theatrical releases distributed by Universal Pictures UK & Eire. They are involved in commercial forecasting, slate management and BO reporting to the wider Universal team. The role reports into the UK Theatrical Sales Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION An exciting opportunity to join the Theatrical Dubbing Team within Universal Pictures International. This role is a fixed‑term position to cover maternity leave. The team sits within the Theatrical Operations Department and covers dubbing worldwide for Universal Pictures International, Focus Features, DreamWorks, and Illumination Entertainment. The Junior Dubbing Manager will work with our vendors, downstream teams, and international theatrical teams to schedule and process our theatrical releases.

Role Purpose The BI Ops Specialist ensures the continuity, reliability, and quality of the analytical ecosystem for Mexico and LATAM, enabling strategic decision‑making across Marketing, Distribution, and Finance, in integrated collaboration with the Data Strategy team based in LA and London. Operating with high autonomy, this role connects territories, business teams, and data operations to foster a data‑driven, insight‑ready environment—consistent, scalable, and built for continuous improvement.

This is a 12 months fixed term contract that sits within the Theatrical Marketing team in the Partnerships Department and plays a pivotal role in showcasing our studio’s titles to our trade partners/ cinemas. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Senior Trade Marketing, Events & Communications Executive also supports the Managing Director in developing and delivering high-impact trade presentations. The role leads trade marketing efforts for titles under the $8M box office threshold and blends creative storytelling with strong stakeholder collaboration.
