The Payroll Operations Specialist supports accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across Latin America. This role works closely with employees, internal teams, and external payroll providers to make sure payroll is completed correctly, on time, and in compliance with local regulations, company policies, and applicable union or collective bargaining requirements. The role may support payroll activities in countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. Fluency in Spanish is required; English and Portuguese are a plus. The position is based in Mexico.

Job Purpose: The intern will be in charge of all administrative and coordination tasks of the LATAM Regional office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for coordinating and supervising the elaboration and delivery of Panregional budget summaries and purchase orders, both digital and offline. Keep contact with the main digital vendors and follow up of proposal requests for panregional campaigns.
