The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for providing tactical and operational support to the Promotions Manager and the promotional HO team, in order to plan, execute, and evaluate strategic synergies and alliances to expand WB campaign reach and brand visibility through third party partners, including Brands, Media and Exhibitors. Work in partnership with the Sales team mainly focusing on the daily job; prepare and update reports for internal decision making and keep updated our main systems. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Daily update to our main systems of HO. Universal Mexico and HO market reports Prepare and send reports with information about releases and the local market for both UPI Mexico and HO. Give support to in theater material by reviewing and reporting on placement of materials, estimation of impacts and presentations of campaign, and provide ideas for new releases.
