Administrative Assistant, Film Strategy

The Film Strategy and Business Development department is a highly visible group that works closely with senior executive management across NBCUniversal and Comcast. The group works in conjunction with other business units within Universal Filmed Entertainment on a wide range of strategic initiatives including evaluating potential acquisitions, reviewing worldwide windowing and distribution strategies, and exploring new business opportunities. The Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Vice President of Film Strategy & Business Development. The ideal candidate will provide general administrative support to the EVP as well as other execs on an ad hoc basis, maintain the role of office manager, and any other duties as assigned. Essential Responsibilities: Manage executive calendar while coordinating with internal and external parties Rolling and screening calls Coordinate travel and submit expense reports Copying, filing, and maintaining/ordering office supplies Support the onboarding logistics of new hires Interact and maintain relationships with members of other business units at NBCU and third parties Routinely update reports and backup materials for strategy team Assist the team on various projects, presentations, and analyses as needed
