· As an Attractions Event Operations & Innovation Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Attractions Event Operations & Innovation Manager with the planning and operating of all Special Events as assigned, this includes (but not limited to) Fourth of July, Spring, New Year’s Eve, and Halloween seasonal events. In addition, you will be responsible for the day to day guest flow of theme park operations.

The Project Quality Engineer I is assigned to project teams to provide technical direction and engineering vendor management on upgrades to existing attractions. Duties include technical leadership and subject matter expertise in a variety of Ride and Show system disciplines, auditing of third party design and engineering, execution of on- and off-site acceptance test procedures, and ownership of project documentation compliance.

This role provides support and analysis for the overall FCF and Overhead forecasting, pacing, budgeting, and consolidation processes across the transactional Home Entertainment Business. Responsibilities include managing the monthly and quarterly Global Free Cash Flow process, as well as the Global Overhead process, including headcount reporting and allocation models. The role also executes processes that support monthly forecast submissions, actualization, consolidation, and corporate reporting.

The Quality Engineer will assist members of the Quality and Engineering, Rides and Shows teams in the overall maintenance operations and sustainment of attractions through quality assurance, quality control, record keeping, filing, auditing, training, and incident analysis and function within and outside of the Technical Services Department.

The NBCUniversal Facilities Ops & Engineering Team is looking for a Contract Services Manager in Universal City, CA! In this role, you will drive operational excellence by establishing consistency, efficiency and best practices in vendor relations and service performance within NBCU West Coast Studio Operations business. Oversight and collaboration will be key to supporting sourcing initiatives, management of RFPs, Quarterly Business Reviews, large supplier contracts including Janitorial, Critical Infrastructure and Utility contracts.

Help coordinate with Advanced Analytics team, work with other onsite/offshore Data Engineers and own deliverables. Identify pipeline bottlenecks as well as opportunities for optimizations and create implementation plans.

As an Attractions Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Attractions Manager with the ongoing development of the Supervisor level and venue leads, supporting overall team member and guest satisfaction, on-duty venue management, and maintaining strategic and daily operational plans.
