The Mastering Coordinator supports NBCUniversal’s Studio Mastering organization by coordinating mastering and sub-mastering workflows that enable timely, accurate delivery of content across the company’s distribution supply chain. This role translates customer and distribution requirements into executable mastering workflows, identifies appropriate source materials, and partners with internal teams, StudioPost Operations, and external vendors to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with Studio Mastering technical specifications.

The Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement Associate Manager is responsible for contributing to the development, execution and analysis of multiplatform marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive consumer engagement for Universal Television Entertainment properties. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Consumer Engagement, this role sits within the core team responsible for the day-to-day and long-term operations for brand, digital and social initiatives, interfacing with key stakeholders on high priority projects.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting and Reporting assists in the day-to-day Controllership operations of the Studio Support and Participations & Residuals Accounting team, and is involved in a wide range of accounting and reporting areas. The role is in a fast-paced Studio headquarters environment, interfaces with various teams and has opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Support the accounting and reporting functions of Universal Domestic Theatrical Reporting and Focus Features, including managing their Fixed Assets processes and assisting in miscellaneous cash application.

Role Purpose: The Contracts Specialist resides in the Intellectual Property (IP) Innovation, Technology, and Policy team, which provides strategic legal and policy counsel to NBCUniversal divisions worldwide on disruptive technologies, and negotiates transactions that leverage AI and other new technologies. Working closely with the team’s lawyers and administrative staff, the Contracts Specialist will support a wide range of matters relating to the drafting, negotiation, and oversight of agreements, including NDAs, AI-related agreements, IP licenses, and similar contracts.
