The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple executives who oversee the programming and development of unscripted content for NBC. This individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions, as well as with the external business and creative community.

The Campaign Manager is the lead for managing digital assets and campaign execution for all Livestreaming Sports Advertising campaigns throughout their entirety. You will be responsible for acquiring digital assets, analyzing campaign placements, ensuring that campaigns are accurately executed, including that every aspect of the campaign is being delivered as expected. The Campaign Manager is also responsible for any troubleshooting and additional ad-hoc reporting requests.

Role Purpose: The Counsel, Intellectual Property position within the Copyright & Trademark team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development, and global expansion initiatives. This role will have a particular focus on supporting Universal Destinations & Experiences, including consumer products-related matters. The Senior Mechanical Engineer provides engineering support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows). Duties include complex downtime investigation and troubleshooting of ongoing issues, reverse engineering and redesign, and other engineering tasks as required to ensure daily operational readiness of attractions. Additional duties include complex re-design and development efforts for mechanical / structural systems of theme park rides and attractions to provide increased reliability and operational improvements.

The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to two executives in Production within the Universal Television Studio organization. The role also interacts with internal leadership team, clients, networks and all personnel, and with external studio clients, executive producers and producers.

Role Summary The Executive Sous Chef, Culinary Operations is responsible for the operational execution, implementation, and continuous improvement of culinary programs across Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) and CityWalk. This role partners with Operations, Training, Quality Assurance, Production Kitchen, Sourcing, and Culinary teams to ensure all food and beverage offerings are executed consistently, efficiently, and to brand standards.
