Role Purpose: The Patent Specialist resides within the Intellectual Property (IP) Innovation, Technology, and Policy team and supports NBCUniversal’s global patent program. Working closely with the team’s lawyers and administrative staff, the Patent Specialist will coordinate patent filings and inventor-related processes, maintain patent and document management systems, track deadlines and costs, and help improve operational workflows across the global patent program.

Role Purpose: The Counsel, Intellectual Property position within the Copyright & Trademark team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development, and global expansion initiatives. This role will have a particular focus on supporting Universal Destinations & Experiences, including consumer products-related matters.
