Summary The Analyst Loss Prevention will be responsible for overseeing the audit program, management of exception-based reports, and manage the video retention program. The Supervisor, Entertainment is responsible assisting the Entertainment Costume Operations Manager with the daily supervisory leadership of the front line employees with a key focus on the daily operation of the Entertainment Costume Department. Oversee the daily operations of the Costume Areas; including monitoring staff and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are maintained. Coach, monitor and track the hourly staff’s work processes. Instruct and monitor costume staff in required daily techniques and procedures.

“What would you say you do here?” Phones, calendar management, travel planning, expense reports (including dept. credit card), and general office organization. Prepare reading materials and handle distribution (especially for daily and weekend read). Read/cover writing samples and other creative materials. Take notes, write notes, and transcribe meetings. Attend regular meetings with creative team and participate as required. Conduct research on an as needed basis to support the development/current series process.

The NBCU Local Division consists of 43 local NBC and TLMD stations and 5 Regional Sports Networks. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this key role on the NBCU Local Headquarters Finance team will primarily support the Regional Sports Networks (RSNs). The Technical Director will be responsible for leading the attraction technical/project management team in developing the technical approach for all major elements and providing oversight during execution with the vendor. Primary tasks include concept feasibility, scope of work development and review, vendor assessment and selection, vendor oversight, risk identification and mitigation, field installation strategy, oversight of field test and adjust and SAT.

As a Digital Inventory Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for the processing of inventory-related requests for the NBC Sports properties. You will determine inventory availability and usage patterns, and coordinate with the Planning team within a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities Track and report on digital media inventory across Peacock and NBCSports digital properties – Sports include NFL, Golf, NBA, B1G & ND Football, College Basketball, NASCAR, Premier League, US Soccer, Chivas, as well as other Tentpole Sports (Olympics, World Cup, etc).
