Team Coordinator, Fashion & Living and Food, Beauty & Care

As part of the Universal Consumer Products team, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic category function. Supporting the EMEA Senior Director of Fashion & Living, (F&L) and Food, Beauty & Care, (FBC) you will play a key role in the effective management of the EMEA business. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will enable seamless day-to-day operations, foster strong cross-team communication, and support effective performance monitoring. In addition, you will contribute to select focus areas and key projects across the wider team, helping ensure the business remains well organised, insight-driven, and connected. Your work will enable the FBC & F&L regional teams to operate at pace and focus on growth, partnerships, and execution with confidence. Executive & Team Support Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the Senior Director of FBC & F&L Manage cross‑category calendars and diary scheduling, supporting effective time management Organise meetings, collate agendas, take notes and share clear actions and follow‑ups Handle expense, purchase orders and general admin tasks in line with company processes Support budget administration and tracking POs for the wider team Act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and information flow across EMEA Business Tracking & Reporting Support Support the regional team with cross‑functional data inputs, for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting Update and maintain Global trackers to ensure EMEA activity is visible and up to date Maintain campaign calendars, trackers and documentation to support transparency and information sharing Track progress against agreed KPIs and highlight updates, risks or gaps to the team. Coordination of Insight, Trends & Best Practice Monitor market, retail, and social trends across FBC and F&L categories Share regular updates with the team to support awareness of emerging opportunities Collate and share best practice examples, case studies and retail reports across categories to support shared learning Organise information in a clear and accessible way for team to leverage Sales, Category & Retail Support Provide support to team members on Joint Business Plans (JBP’s), partner pitches & retail presentations Support Category teams with presentation creation and formatting and campaign summaries and round‑ups Coordinate the sharing of approved IP and consumer insights with prospective partners Marketing & Campaign Coordination Coordinate influencer and creator activity, including supporting brief development, liaising with agencies and sample managing. Provide ad‑hoc marketing and project support during busy activation periods Support coordination across teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Process & Systems Support Support the team in using required internal tools and systems (e.g. CRM, RSG) Track key actions and deadlines to support deal progression Help ensure documentation is completed and shared in line with process requirements
