Role Overview The Senior Director of Strategy plays a critical leadership role across the International Networks and DTC organization. Acting as a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, this role will drive the development, prioritization and delivery of the strategy for the business, ensuring sustainable growth across both linear and direct-to-consumer businesses. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to define, own, and deliver the International Networks and DTC strategic roadmap.

This role sits within the FP&A and Commercial Finance team. The role will support greenlighting decisions and maintain ultimates across both Scripted and non-Scripted. The role will provide business partnering support to our commercial and BALA stakeholders on key decisions covering talent investment and corporate business development activity, and be proactive in providing analysis to support strategic decisions.

JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.

Role Title: Associate Manager, Business & Legal Affairs Term: 12 months FTC – maternity leave cover Location: London Division: Universal International Studios Reporting to: VP, Business & Legal Affairs JOB DESCRIPTION The primary responsibility of this role is to provide business and legal affairs (“BALA”) support to NBCUniversal Formats, the international sales division responsible for all formats created within the production, broadcast and streaming divisions of NBCUniversal and Sky Studios, as well as select third parties.

OVERVIEW The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the consumer marketing activities for NBCUniversal’s filmed entertainment product through consumer facing marketing and supporting B2B efforts with local clients within the market. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate in the development and execution of marketing activities in collaboration with Universal Picture’s International team based out of London, as well as the Head Office Team in LA, to support Local market needs and whilst also ensuring a connection to a Global network of marketeers and senior leadership.

OVERVIEW The Sales Manager takes a broad responsibility across the sales team to identify and shape optimal release strategies for each title, whilst continuing to maximise negotiations with their own assigned clients for theatrical releases distributed by Universal Pictures UK & Eire. They are involved in commercial forecasting, slate management and BO reporting to the wider Universal team. The role reports into the UK Theatrical Sales Director.

POSITION SUMMARY Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

NBCUniversal’s Cyber Threat Operations team is responsible for providing cyber threat intelligence, event monitoring, response, and threat hunting for all areas of NBCUniversal in a highly collaborative, fast paced, and agile fashion. As a member of the Cyber Response team, a candidate can expect to utilize their technical expertise to assess, contain, and remediate cyber threats. The Sr Incident Responder is also an escalation point for security alerts from the security event analysts, and a candidate would be expected to mentor and share knowledge with others in the organization.

The Contract Management Manager is a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) team, responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories. This role reports to the Sr. Manager - Contract Management. The Contract Management team works across functions and shepherds deals from the pitch phase all the way through final execution and payment.
