Overview This role provides support to the Business & Legal Affairs (BLA) team.

This role is a 15-month FTC and sits within our UPCG Publicity Team. Based in London, you will be reporting into the Senior Publicity Manager. The UPCG Publicity team is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and project management of integrated publicity campaigns across all UPCG and select Focus Features releases globally across the entire lifecycle of the release – from pre-production through to production, theatrical, home entertainment, TV/SVOD and beyond!

The Associate Manager – Parkwide Systems is responsible for supporting the design development, delivery, installation, and commissioning of parkwide technology systems across Universal Creative projects. Based in Bedford, this role partners closely with creative, IT, facilities, security, operations, vendors, and construction stakeholders to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined technical, operational, and guest-experience standards.

NBCUniversal is looking for a Production & Event Security Manager to join our Global Security Team in London. In this role, you’ll provide security oversight and logistical support for all NBCU Productions (Feature Film, Cable, Television, Streaming & Live Theatrical Events) during the planning and execution phases of all EMEA operations. POSITION SUMMARY Assist in the financial analysis in support of Universal Creative construction projects and the associated project team (examples include Project Director, Technical Director, Construction Manager, etc.). MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Support monthly project cost reporting and work with project team to validate project cost expectations. Able to populate models with the appropriate information based on SOP or direction. Create earned value accrual templates and prepare standard journal entries. Ensure general ledger codes are appropriate for project settlements.

Provides engineering oversight and project management to improve the reliability, safety, and operational performance of site‑wide utilities infrastructure, including water, wastewater, gas, electrical distribution, drainage, and associated back‑of‑house services supporting a theme park environment. Responsible for site‑wide utilities strategy, alongside zone‑ and land‑specific design direction, ensuring all utility systems are cohesive, efficient, and scalable across the estate.
