Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Attends weekly project meetings. Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Monitors construction in the field including identifying and resolving discrepancies between the construction and drawings and/or design intent.

Position Summary The Assistant Director of Legal & Business Affairs, Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX), is responsible for leading and overseeing compliance with all planning and development approvals, statutory and non‑statutory consents, and government agreements required. This role provides strategic direction across the full compliance lifecycle, including the tracking and analysis of obligations within the consents register, proactive risk escalation, and the preparation of clear, timely reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Position Summary The Senior Manager of Development Licensing & Compliance leads the end‑to‑end process for securing all statutory and non‑statutory approvals, licenses, permits, consents, and planning permissions required. Working under the supervision of the Director and Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs, the role oversees the team coordinating submissions, managing complex approval pathways, and maintaining the comprehensive consents register.

Primary Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management of EMEA Brand Promotions to support the release of Universal titles within the EMEA region. The focus of this position will be to assist in delivering significant regional and local promotions in Europe that generate exposure and where possible revenue for Universal’s films. Pitch, present and close multi market deals with top tier brand partners across the region. Manage the relationship with EMEA markets to ensure they are fully briefed, have access to pitch materials, follow strategy and report status on an ongoing basis.

The International Television division is responsible for the distribution of NBCU’s film and TV product to television and new media customers in all markets outside North America. Within International Television, the International New Media team has specific responsibility for growing new media distribution in these markets, including managing ongoing customer relationships to maximise revenue.
