The Manager, FP&A is an integral member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) Financial, Planning & Analysis team. They lead budgeting and forecasting for Global Cash Flow, Headquarters’central services, and Compensation. This role reports to the Director of Global Financial, Planning & Analysis. As part of this dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with financial analysts, planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Role Summary: The Manager, Marketing will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is responsible for driving the long-range product strategy, brand management, and key marketing efforts across a portfolio of games based on Universal’s top franchises. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing & Community. The ideal candidate has expertise in games marketing, entertainment brand marketing/management, and digital/physical marketing strategy and execution.

Job Description: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Retail Development, the Manager, Retail Development will drive opportunities supporting NBCUniversal’s IP within select categories across the Toys & Hardlines categories at Target and Amazon. The Manager will collaborate internally with Category, Franchise Strategy, Product Development and Retail Marketing teams to develop, pitch, secure, and implement merchandise programs.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Italy & Iberia Food, Beauty and Care (FBC) Category Manager providing valuable support for the day-to-day operational category and retail processes, including planning, executing, documenting campaigns, as well as pitch and presentation help. Support the team in keeping up to date information and tracking of FBC licensing activations.
