The Director, Brand Creative Operations will be a master of their craft with experience leading global creative operations teams to elevate business units and brands. The role serves as the strategic operational partner to three creative vice presidents driving executional excellence for an extensive slate of global creative tools including design guides, packaging guides and retail toolkits across the Universal, Illumination and DreamWorks studios for both our CP and Parks business units.

The Manager – Contract Management is a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) team, responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories. This role reports to the Sr. Manager - Contract Management. The Contract Management team works across functions and shepherds deals from the pitch phase all the way through final execution and payment.

The Senior Financial Accountant, is an integral member of Universal Products & Experience, responsible for providing operational and financial support to the Universal Products & Experience EMEA team across all teams (category, retail & marketing, etc). The primary focus will be accounting & business operations, reporting and to support both regional and country teams. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task and balance priorities on competing initiatives and be used to working within a matrix organization.

Job Description: Universal Products and Experiences is seeking a Design Manager with experience in publishing, board game development in licensing for the Hardlines team. The role will be based in the US office and is responsible for product approvals, product development and product strategies for Games and Publishing categories. UP&E team is looking for candidates that are organized, pro-active, forward thinkers and have strong communication skills.
