Product Development Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trend-savvy Product Specialist to support the development, approval, and execution of innovative product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be the go-to expert for creative assets, product approvals, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate Specialized Expertise Stay informed on retail trends, competitive landscape, and product innovation. Maintain deep knowledge of all creative assets available for product development. Drive Innovation Identify new product opportunities and ensure offerings remain on-trend and competitive. Deliver on Results Create trend and inspiration boards to guide product development. Lead weekly product approval meetings, ensuring all materials and backup documentation are prepared. Manage the routing and tracking of submissions through MyMediaBox and email, ensuring timely reviews and approvals. Organize and maintain all product samples for reference and presentation. Meet Financial Targets Understand and support the achievement of financial goals through strategic product planning and execution. Communicate with Impact Provide clear updates to licensees and partners regarding creative assets, timelines, and changes. Capture and communicate feedback from product development meetings, ensuring actionable insights are shared via MyMediaBox. Build Long-Term Relationships Develop strong relationships with internal commercial teams to support the product approval process. Serve as the primary contact for licensees regarding product approvals and creative asset inquiries. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the needs of the team Core Competencies Design: Ability to interpret and execute design direction effectively.
