The team outside the US has lawyers in the UK and Canada. Position Overview: The VP, Employment Law will provide employment law advice to NBCUniversal’s businesses in the UK, EMEA & APAC predominantly working with the Universal Destinations & Experiences and Corporate businesses.

The NBCUniversal Labour & Employment legal department provides labour and employment advice to all of NBCUniversal’s businesses and enterprise functions in over 30 countries. Team members outside the US are based in the UK and Canada. We are seeking an experienced solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join our team in London on a permanent basis. The role involves close collaboration with other members of the Labour & Employment team to provide timely and practical advice to internal clients throughout the NBCUniversal portfolio of companies.

Key Responsibilities Overall, this role is key in identifying today the partnership opportunities that will form the backbone of Content Group in the future. You will be responsible for sourcing and developing direct relationships with established and future clients for sales, presales, co-production and where appropriate commissioning opportunities, managing relationships with any sales agents appointed, for a slate of content across documentaries, family, comedy, and other genres, as well as the negotiating deals for this content with the creative community, licensors and IP owners.

The Senior Business Analyst is a key contributor within the Studio Distribution Technical Operations organisation, supporting the International Home Entertainment business.
