The Senior FP&A Analyst is a commercial and operationally focused role, acting as a finance business partner to the Hayu and EMEA business. It will involve owning all budgeting processes and providing financial support for spend across specific budget cost lines and working collaboratively with controllership counterparts to ensure actuals track to budget. This role is integral to helping the business make effective and efficient investment decisions, taking smart risks to support our growth agenda and it is fast paced. The role reports to the SVP FP&A and Commercial Finance and sits within the FP&A and Commercial Finance team. The role has one direct report.

The Data Analytics Manager, AVOD/FAST role sits within the Audience Insights & Analytics (AI&A) team, a global group responsible for audience, market, and predictive analytics. Our mission is to generate insights that drive revenue and inform strategic decision-making for NBCUniversal’s Global TV Distribution business. This role will be an integral member of the AI&A team, providing analytics excellence and data expertise to the AVOD & FAST business, and the wider Global Distribution team.

Reports To: Senior Director, Business Development – UPHE Role Summary This role is responsible for managing and negotiating commercial agreements with both global and regional transactional partners, supporting new business development, and ensuring operational excellence across international markets. The Paid Search Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and reporting across Hayu's core paid search channels. This role focuses on meticulous campaign maintenance, optimisation to key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting the team's testing agenda. Working under the guidance of the Paid Search Planner, and reporting to a Paid Search Manager, the Executive will be the hands-on specialist ensuring all campaigns drive efficient subscriber acquisition and retention for the service.

OVERVIEW – ROLE PURPOSE The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting, overseeing accounting processes and compliance with regulatory, statutory and corporate policies. Responsible for forecasting overhead costs and partnering with the business leads and HR to provide insights, ensure accurate budgeting, and support strategic decision-making. The role reports to the Senior Finance Manager with a dotted line to the VP, FP&A and sits within the Universal International Studios Controllership Finance team.

The Senior Financial Accountant, is an integral member of Universal Products & Experience, responsible for providing operational and financial support to the Universal Products & Experience EMEA team across all teams (category, retail & marketing, etc). The primary focus will be accounting & business operations, reporting and to support both regional and country teams. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task and balance priorities on competing initiatives and be used to working within a matrix organization.
