Snr Manager Digital Transactional Sales
Reports To: Senior Director, Business Development – UPHE Role Summary This role is responsible for managing and negotiating commercial agreements with both global and regional transactional partners, supporting new business development, and ensuring operational excellence across international markets. The position requires strong commercial acumen, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams to deliver strategic objectives, covering the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions. Key Responsibilities Support Senior Director on major commercial deals, and work towards leading negotiation and managing commercial agreements for new and existing distribution partners on smaller accounts Provide analytical and strategic support to the Business Development team on deal structures and partner initiatives. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key partners and internal teams (Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology). Administer new and renewed agreements, including collecting deal fees, ensuring technical readiness for partners, and resolving operational obstacles or service issues. Conduct research on competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and market trends; take ownership of the International Transactional pitch deck. Develop direct-to-consumer initiatives and generate leads for new transactional clients.
