Key Responsibilities Production Development/production work: Providing business affairs advice on all aspects of scripted drama and anime developments and productions. Negotiating, drafting and advising on a full range of development and production agreements including in relation to writers, onscreen talent, other key production personnel etc. Ensuring that all production activities are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all territories and with the company's compliance policies and best practice procedures.

Overview: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Controllership team to establish and maintain sustainable financial operations and robust internal controls. Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the safeguarding of company assets. Actively support the Finance Director and serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to the company’s growth and long-term success.

NBCU is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the monetization of non-package content rights of Anime, Japan drama and Asian drama, including TV, digital, and international, for titles produced or acquired by the Production departments and the Acquisition department.
