Role Summary NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Tape Day Production Assistant/Runner to work with all day to day operations as outlined below for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.”This is a Run of Show position, approximately 2-4 days per week during production weeks. Responsibilities: General administrative duties: maintaining files, copying, scanning. Compile and distribute daily paperwork as directed by Production Coordinator. Prepare and submit expenses/receipts as directed by Production Coordinator. Set up and coordinate various meals, craft service, events, greet guests. Make off-lot and on-lot runs to pick up various items for the show. Maintain the upkeep and stock of the kitchen, copy room, printers, and faxes throughout the office. Other duties as assigned by Production Coordinator.
