The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Content & Production Risk team within the NBCUniversal Legal Department. The position will require a broad set of graphic design and administrative skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations and other design materials to enhance the presentations the team regularly gives to other legal and business groups throughout NBCUniversal. The Director, Business Affairs will be primarily responsible for negotiating script development, series, writer/producer and other talent related agreements on behalf of Universal Television in connection with scripted programming, including, but not limited to, negotiations related to the following: script development agreements; writer/producer, performer and other talent deals; option and rights deals; co-productions; license agreements; and product integrations. This individual will report to a VP, Business Affairs.

Role Purpose Creative Director, Motion Design directs and oversees motion design, imagery, and graphics for all NBC Entertainment brand and content. This position reports to the Vice President Branding and Motion Design, NBC Entertainment Marketing.

This permanent role is in the central Business and Legal Affairs team of the International Studios group. This role will include a full range of business and legal affairs matters related to scripted production and development across the International Studios division.

Role Purpose: NBCUniversal is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join the legal team that supports all aspects of original unscripted content production and licensing for NBC, Peacock, and Bravo and Universal Television Alternative Studio (UTAS). Working closely with the attorneys and administrative staff, the contracts specialist will provide support and assistance to the group’s legal counsel on a wide range of matters relating to the drafting, negotiation and oversight of production services, license and indemnity agreements, insurance, talent contracts, and production policies.

The Manager or Senior Manager, Content Strategy will be an integral member of the team responsible for developing Peacock and Bravo’s holistic slate strategy for unscripted content to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and viewership. The Content Strategy team works closely with stakeholders across NBCUniversal to align content strategy and execution to business KPIs. The Manager or Senior Manager position will report to the Director of Content Strategy.

This role sits within the FP&A and Commercial Finance team. The role will support greenlighting decisions and maintain ultimates across both Scripted and non-Scripted. The role will provide business partnering support to our commercial and BALA stakeholders on key decisions covering talent investment and corporate business development activity, and be proactive in providing analysis to support strategic decisions.
