Responsibilities: A high level of confidentiality and discretion is expected regarding all meetings, phone calls and show documents. Primary role is to provide support to the Supervising Producer and Director providing them with meals throughout show weeks and car rides home from the studio. Coordinate and set calls with other departments for Supervising Producer and Director. Answer all calls for the Supervising Producer and take messages and notes when necessary. Help organize scripts for the Supervising Producer and Director on Wednesdays for read through.
