Role Summary NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Tape Day Production Assistant/Runner to work with all day to day operations as outlined below for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.”This is a Run of Show position, approximately 2-4 days per week during production weeks. Responsibilities: General administrative duties: maintaining files, copying, scanning. Compile and distribute daily paperwork as directed by Production Coordinator. Prepare and submit expenses/receipts as directed by Production Coordinator.

Responsibilities: Create guest itineraries, coordinate travel, arrival, and parking details, and answer any questions from time of booking until post-show Greet guests on show days, act as point of contact for any questions, and ensure they get to and from wardrobe, stage, etc.
