The System Engineer, Remote IT Operations will play a key role in supporting the IT services that keep our live events and remote operations running smoothly. This position blends technical expertise with operational excellence - ensuring our teams are equipped with reliable, secure, and scalable technology, wherever the work takes them. Responsibilities: Deliver IT support for remote operations, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and network services. Manage inventory, installation, and configuration of remote infrastructure kits.

Produce weather graphics and analyze data from the National Weather Service and other meteorological sources. As a News Producer, you will be responsible for the creation of a daily newscast. This role may also work in support of other newscasts or our website by researching stories, writing copy and editing video for both broadcast and digital.

The Program Operations team responsible for overseeing Studio Fulfillment provides client services & order management to several organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Television Distribution, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment Group, NBC News, NBC Sports, NBCU Global Networks, Bravo, Sky, Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Late Night with Seth Meyers. Program Operations serves as the liaison between various departments to fulfill content to all distribution outlets.

This role serves as a key partner in managing day-to-day priorities, ensuring seamless coordination across a fast-paced global production organization. The Coordinator regularly interacts with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, production teams, studio partners, network and platform stakeholders, talent representatives, and external producers, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities Research, develop, shoot, write, edit, produce, and present accurate and compelling news stories for broadcast, digital, streaming, and social platforms. Generate original and enterprise story ideas relevant to the local community. Develop and maintain strong sources and community contacts to produce exclusive and impactful reporting. Cover breaking news and provide live reports, interviews, and updates from the field and studio. Produce daily news packages, special reports, and enterprise stories while meeting tight deadlines.

The Senior Producer, Creative Content is responsible for managing and creating daily content for all platforms including social, digital, and linear. As part of the Original Content team, they will be tasked with producing engaging multi-platform content, planning and executing all aspects of both short and long form productions, and managing community programming. They must have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, as well as a modern videography and photography aesthetic. This person must be highly conceptual and able to manage a team for execution.

As the Producer of Studio & Creative Content, your primary role will be to work on a new daily show that’s driven by stories centered around the Boston/New England cultural landscape. The panel-based show will bring together a diverse group of on-air talent to drill down on the topics that create the most engagement and conversation among Bostonians. The Producer will also assist with the strategy and creation of multi-platform original content for NBC Boston.
