Work across multiple productions simultaneously. Oversee Producer’s business and personal calendar. Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for Producer, with occasional support for Directors. Collect and submit expense reports. Gift-sending, errands, office organization, supply inventory & more. Collaborate on potential film script breakdowns, identifying essential production elements.

Support the successful execution of large-scale pre-taped productions while balancing multiple projects and competing priorities under tight weekly deadlines. Manage crews, vendors, talent, facilities, equipment, transportation, catering, and other production logistics. Assist with crew onboarding, timecards, invoices, expense tracking, petty cash reconciliation, and other production functions. Coordinate the completion and filing of certificates of insurance (COIs), location agreements, vendor agreements, and permits as required.
