NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises Marketing and Creative Project Manager is a dynamic project leader, responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, development, and execution of specific campaigns and projects for Telemundo Network from start to finish. This short-term contract position requires excellent planning and leadership skills across all department areas within the Marketing and Creative division, as well as exceptional communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with a team-player mentality.

Role Purpose: News 4 New York and Telemundo 47 are looking for a Multiplatform Desk Editor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in a duopoly environment, coordinating the teams around news stories for all platform and writing/posting stories for multiplatform for both stations. Providing status of coverage to management will be critical, as well as establishing a network of contacts and sources across the New York DMA. Responsibilities Break stories, work contacts and react quickly and aggressively to breaking news.

TODAY is looking for a Social Media Video Editor to join its social media team. The ideal candidate should have experience in broadcast and/or digital newsrooms, the ability to quickly edit, color correct and package together compelling social video. This candidate should also have the ability to find and clear must-see UGC video, repackage broadcast into vertical video shorts and work across various NBCU brands to reach new audiences. This candidate should possess curiosity, fact-checking acumen, knowledge of social media trends and overall enthusiasm for short-form storytelling.

NBCUniversal is home to the EC Ingest team spanning across Stamford CT and Centennial CO which is a group of innovative and highly skilled technicians that oversee the ingest, transcode and distribution of NBCUniversal content. The EC Ingest team is responsible for ensuring content is recorded, prepared and fulfilled to numerous outlets including Broadcast Television, Digital Downloads, Video On Demand, Web Video, International Clients and more.

The Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra News Producer will be responsible for news of the day, special coverage, in-depth stories, breaking news and other news-related content as needed.

NBCUniversal’s Media Operations is responsible for managing the content supply chain of the company and key functions such as content ingest, QC, preparation, and fulfillment to meet the needs of our customers worldwide.

Telemundo Station Group, part of the NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations division of NBCUniversal, is comprised of local television stations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Telemundo News Service (TNS,) provides content and coordination for these stations as well as Telemundo Affiliates across the country. PLEASE NOTE: This is a short-term PEP position with an estimated duration of 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Must select stories, understand all the elements and design a newscast that achieves the daily goal.
