Director, Creative Ops

The Director, Brand Creative Operations will be a master of their craft with experience leading global creative operations teams to elevate business units and brands. The role serves as the strategic operational partner to three creative vice presidents driving executional excellence for an extensive slate of global creative tools including design guides, packaging guides and retail toolkits across the Universal, Illumination and DreamWorks studios for both our CP and Parks business units. In addition, this role manages key regional projects for the US/CAN market, enterprise creative tools as required by the business and brand projects for the Universal Destinations and Experiences marketing organization. A leader within the Operations team, this role will also drive for efficiency and effectiveness through audits of the team’s workflows and processes and will implement new systems for workflow consistency. The position partners closely with the Operations leadership team and reports to the Vice President, Global Brand Strategy & Design Operations.
