About Platform Distribution & Partnerships: Platform Distribution and Partnerships is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. NBCUniversal’s Platform Monetization group is responsible for the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across NBCUniversal’s full technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $8B annual advertising business. The Programmatic Ad Operations team within the Platform Monetization group is tasked with executing all programmatic guaranteed, biddable and indirect marketplace deals domestically and globally. •Gathering information. Shoot, write and edit newsworthy events including breaking/spot news, general news and feature stories relevant. •Collaborate with line producers, reporters and anchors to gather elements and assist in the production of news stories and interview segments. • Collaborate with the Assignment Desk, Producers and Reporters to research news segments and place on appropriate platform. • Use desktop editing systems to edit video including breaking news.
