The Service Center Coordinator provides support for NBCU Facilities Customer Service Center & Building Intelligence Operations. You will be part of the Service Center team supporting all NBCU West Coast sites, 7 million square ft of real estate across Universal Lower Lot Studio Operations, 10 Universal City Plaza, Dream Works Campus, Assembly Studios in Atlanta, our Sports teams in Stamford and Telemundo in Miami. You will meet diverse customer service request needs, providing information supporting communications of Facilities Operations & Engineering work activities.

The Superintendent is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage in field construction activities for infrastructure projects at Universal Studios Hollywood. The Superintendent will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications. The role includes coordination with internal departments, supervision of the department trade foreman, administrative staff, contracts, finance, scheduling, contractors and sub-contractors.

This position will report to the Manager of Global Brand Standards and be part of the team responsible for providing factory audit program support to the Universal Brand Development Group and their Licensees/Partners. The role also supports data integrity, reporting, and analysis to drive visibility into audit status, factory compliance, and program performance. This permanent role is in the central Business and Legal Affairs team of the International Studios group. This role will include a full range of business and legal affairs matters related to scripted production and development across the International Studios division.
