The Role: The User Experience Researcher will play an influential role in shaping the future of the Peacock product. The person in the position will execute a variety of studies with impact across the Peacock viewing experience — answering questions like: what do ideal browsing experiences look like and how do they differ across devices, what do subscribers need to feel confident in their content decisions, and how do sports audiences discover innovative features?
