Confident and adaptable when improvising live on air, with the ability to think quickly, maintain composure, and communicate clearly in dynamic or breaking news situations. Experienced in moderating roundtable discussions and leading panel conversations, ensuring smooth flow, balanced participation, and engaging dialogue on complex topics.

The Manager of Facility Construction is responsible for the planning and coordination of activities for Maintenance and Construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames. Responsibilities include client interface, cost & schedule estimating programming, planning, design development and updating, construction document development, construction management, cost control, and financial reporting.

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 6 - 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
