About Us: NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is responsible for the licensing and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and new media platforms in the U.S., Canada and in over 200 territories internationally. Global TV Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal. Overview: The Senior Director, Administration is responsible for deal management and to direct the operations of the Asia Pacific and Latin American TV licensing to maximize the revenue stream for TV sales in each territory with a focus on output deals. This position will be report to the SVP, Global Sales Administration. Responsibilities Regional Oversight: Lead and manage Sales Administration operations across Asia Pacific and Latin America, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and product volume commitments are met. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure team members understand and adhere to departmental protocols and standards. Deal Execution: Review and approve select Field Orders & Governing Deals submitted by the Sales Administration team to ensure accurate documentation of deal terms. Stakeholder Engagement: Promote strong, collaborative relationships between Sales Administration and territory-specific staff, ensuring consistent communication and alignment. Financial Coordination: Partner with Accounting to resolve payment discrepancies and support accurate revenue recognition during monthly and quarterly close processes. Lead the team in providing forecast licensing data for long range planning and annual update as well as quarterly updates for current-year agreements. Localization Management: Coordinate localization efforts for qualifying titles to meet contractual requirements and market needs. Client & Sales Collaboration: Build and maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams and new clients to support business growth and operational excellence. Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Legal and Business Development to evaluate future licensing deals, focusing on product availability, deal terms, and revenue implications. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine operational processes in partnership with the SVP of Sales Administration and your peers to ensure best-in-class support across global territories.
