The Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling administrative duties such as phones, calendar, travel, and expense reports. The ideal candidate would have an interest in marketing and distribution. Essential Responsibilities: Place and log day-today calls to/from numerous internal and external parties Schedule and coordinate large and small meetings on a day-to-day basis using Microsoft Outlook and maintain OneDrive calendar Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements, including international travel Interact with senior level executives and their assistants. Will also interact with talent and external partners. Prepare expense reports Other administrative duties as needed
