“What would you say you do here?” Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Production on the development of web-based and native application front end solutions Engage with fellow developers through active participation in code reviews, design discussions, demos, proposals, and rapid prototyping Dedication to an iterative development process driven by the goal to continuously improve the user experience across all types of production workflows Develop clean, maintainable, and documented solutions Collaborate with backend engineering teams through traces, metrics, and requirements to inform development priorities and to focus performance related development Deploy applications regularly adhering to studio standards and best practices Participate in requirements gathering to inform design and development Participate in user observation studies to be regularly evaluating how users work and identifying where improvements can be made Follow standard UX design methodologies throughout the development process Provide technical and architectural guidance to more junior engineers on team Collaborate with production and team’s project manager to devise and maintain feature roadmaps for studio web applications Act as a visual translator for complex Pipeline feature sets and requirements
