The Principal Engineer for Digital Workplace Technology is a senior technical leader within NBCUniversal’s Workplace Technology Engineering (WTE) organization, responsible for defining and delivering the next-generation digital workplace platform. This role spans enterprise collaboration, endpoint engineering, and AI platform engineering, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise AI solutions.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to Ride Mechanical Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports who manage multiple aspects of an attraction. Ensures all Show and Ride equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with Universal Specifications, accepted manufacturing practices and applicable standards.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), act as UDX’s client-side engineering lead for assigned facilities and infrastructure on the Universal United Kingdom Resort project, from design development through construction, commissioning and operational handover. Represent the client’s interests, establish technical and operational requirements, and provide assurance that designers, contractors and specialist suppliers deliver against the agreed scope, quality, cost and programme.
