Be in service to the production (i.e. seek ways to proactively support the crew, Production Coordinator and Production Supervisor, build the trust of the artists, know when to elevate issues, understand priorities and how to balance multiple requests including those which may come from outside of your department). Awareness of work in progress in the department.

Responsibilities: “What would you say you do here?” ● Demonstrates strong conceptual ideas and visual creativity to form original costume designs. ● Explores and generates diverse ideas for film’s costumes through research, rough sketches, shape exploration. ● Builds pages of deeper development for a given character, including detailed call-out sheets, poses, and attitudes that reflect the inner workings of the character. ● May provide color styling for characters. ● Works closely with the Production Designer and/or Art Director and Character Designer.

“What would you say you do here?” Setting up, installation and relocation of computer workstations, desktops, laptops and other technology hardware. Performs software installation deskside and using remote tools. Assists with organization and cabling of technology equipment, computer setups. Provide excellent communication and customer service with the ability to provide professional, courteous and effective support to staff at all levels of the organization. Conducts daily physical inventory of assets and updates to the Asset tracking Database.

Manage multiple calendars for internal leaders and effectively coordinate with external studio partners. P1 Incident Studio Communications: Collaborate with the incident management team and technology leadership to craft and communicate operational impact studio wide. Schedule interviews for recruitment and hiring managers; inclusive of phone screens, virtual and in person. Coordinate and book travel, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and vehicle rental.
