HR Director - Mexico
The Director, Human Resources, will provide HR leadership to our Mexico offices which has various divisions in three locations (Coyoacan, Reforma and Remsen). The Director, Human Resources will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day employee processes and serve as the HR business partner to our senior leaders and general employee population. The role will require working closely with the multiple stakeholders to achieve results and genuinely influence change. The success measures for this role are connected to delivery of the people agenda in line with strategic business priorities. The Director will drive excellence, expertise, consistency, and efficiency through solutions that deliver HR operational excellence in line with business expectations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work closely with business and HR leadership from multiple units to ensure local HR strategy aligns with global business unit HR priorities. Provide operational HR support for the business pulling in support from HR functional experts as required. Ensure employees experience seamless HR processes and support. Coach, develop and challenge the management team on the execution of business priorities and on people leadership. Focus on identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent, working closely with the talent acquisition team. Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: employee relations, compensation, employee experience, engagement and organizational change.
