Manager, Financial Contract Reporting
· Manage various aspects of Participation Statement Reporting from the analysis and calculation all the way through cash pacing, payment, and statement delivery. · Lead and train staff. · Review statements prior to issuance to ensure contractual compliance and data integrity along with approving payments to the contractual party within contractual deadlines. · Interface with internal finance, disbursement groups and legal teams to address potential data, payment and contractual discrepancies including vendor set up and change management. · Manage the process for any special payments such as Audit Settlements, Advances, and Bonuses. · Learn and evaluate the current reporting process to ascertain efficiency and work with Financial Contract Administration, Data Staging and the Financial Innovation Team to improve process efficiency while maintaining controls. · Provide support and research related to third party audits and litigation. Communicate with external Legal and/or Financial Management firms on contractual or statement questions and issues. · Assist with Special Projects as needed.
