NBCUniversal is looking for a Post Production Billing Manager! The Post Production Billing Manager is a key member of the Finance team supporting Studio Operations Post Production business (aka StudioPost). In this position you will oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensures timely and accurate customer invoicing, manages billing-related systems and processes, and partners with operational teams to resolve billing issues. You will also supervise billing and payroll support staff and plays an important role in the month-end close process.

In this role, you will own Free Cash Flow (FCF) for NBCUniversal’s Filmed Entertainment group, leading how FCF is communicated, analyzed, and reported. Reporting to the CFO of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group, you will drive cash flow strategy, partner with senior leaders across the Studios enterprise, and build a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Film cash flow landscape. You will partner with Film Business Units to redefine Film’s FCF approach to align with the needs of NBCU’s new structure post spin.

The Production Finance team collaborates with the Sports Production and Operations to budget, track and complete analysis on NBC Sports’ programs. We work closely with FP&A, Controllership and Program Finance to fulfill corporate reporting requirements and provide meaningful insights into spending and cost trends to Leadership. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of Sports Production finances, including payment, tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position provides daily financial support to the project including monthly project cost reporting and analysis, month-end close requirements, cash flow tracking/forecasting, vendor payment management, ad-hoc analysis, and general financial support, within tight deadlines. The role of Accountant Analyst is hands-on, working within the Accounting/Finance team to initially support the business through a period of substantial change and sustain best practices thereafter. The role is responsible for establishing, integrating, and performing several accounting and account payable processes for Estudios Mexicanos Telemundo and Servicios de Produccion Reforma. Responsibilities: Assist for daily operational accounting including accounts receivable/payable, amortization of prepaid assets, depreciation, payroll, etc.

The Manager of Production Finance is a key leader responsible for overseeing all financial operations that support Olympics & Sports Production. This role owns the full financial lifecycle for assigned productions, including Olympic Games / seasonal sports budgeting and actualization. The Manager provides direct analytical and operational support to the Sr Director, Finance, and partners closely with Production, Operations and Scheduling ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
