The Senior Financial Analyst for the Theme Park Food & Beverage Finance team will play a pivotal role in supporting both the financial planning & analysis cycle and the daily operations of all Food & Beverage venues within the park. The Senior Financial Analyst will handle ad-hoc analysis and flash reporting on key operational metrics and will assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and Latest Estimates. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting packages addressing operational performance, as well as ad-hoc analysis when needed.

Role Purpose: The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) of Corporate FP&A Cash Planning and Analysis is a critical role on the Corporate FP&A team. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role provides the unique opportunity to obtain an in-depth view and understanding of the full company’s cash flow and balance sheet.

· Manage various aspects of Participation Statement Reporting from the analysis and calculation all the way through cash pacing, payment, and statement delivery. · Lead and train staff. · Review statements prior to issuance to ensure contractual compliance and data integrity along with approving payments to the contractual party within contractual deadlines. · Interface with internal finance, disbursement groups and legal teams to address potential data, payment and contractual discrepancies including vendor set up and change management.

The Senior FP&A Analyst is a commercial and operationally focused role, acting as a finance business partner to the Hayu and EMEA business. It will involve owning all budgeting processes and providing financial support for spend across specific budget cost lines and working collaboratively with controllership counterparts to ensure actuals track to budget. This role will also have responsibility for analysis and insight of subscriber data and subsequent revenue, as well as incremental revenue from promotions.

The role is a 14month FTC and sits within the Commercial and FP&A Finance team, providing business partnering support to our C-suite stakeholders on key decisions covering TV show investment, talent investment and corporate business development activity. The Ad Sales Finance Manager will lead revenue forecasting, analysis, and financial planning for the Cable Entertainment networks within NBCUniversal. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the Ad Sales business by partnering closely with Sales, Planning, Research, Inventory, and Corporate Finance FP&A teams.

The Director, Transformation – Media Segment is a critical role for the segment within NBCUniversal’s finance transformation objective, Project Keystone. This role will support the Media & News business lines, serving as the main point of contact and liaison for the business units from an FP&A and Reporting & Analytics Transformation perspective.

JOB SUMMARY Generate initial project budget estimates for a wide range of developments, including new retail venues, restaurants, attractions, resort hotels, and entirely new theme parks. Develop and update cost estimates and cost plans as projects progress through design phases, enabling ongoing comparison to approved budgets. Oversee and coordinate the work of in-house estimating staff as well as contracted estimating firms, both U.S. and internationally based across multiple scopes of work.
