Job Purpose Universal Studio Group is hiring a Manager, Production Finance FP&A to enhance our robust studio team who will support the team’s FP&A activities relating to cash flow for Television Production, including all cash flow related to producing content for Universal Television Studios, Universal Content Studios, Universal Television Alternative Studios and First Run Syndication Productions. We are seeking a high-performing, motivated, conscientious professional who exhibits strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.

GCFO's mission is to facilitate sales, accelerate cash flow, mitigate risk, and provide excellent customer service. As the Manager, Finance, you will lead the data analytics project. Your responsibilities will include performing complex reconciliations between NBCU legal agreements, translating these agreements into NBCU finance systems, and managing the corresponding datasets received from customers.

The Director of Billing Operations is responsible for leading all international billing processes of the Global Customer Finance Operations organization (GCFO), which oversees order-to-cash processes for Advertising Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Networks, and Brand Development, among other NBCU businesses. This role reports to the Sr. Director GCFO Operations.

Technical Operations, Engineering, and Cyber Security within NBCU Operations and Technology division is an $800M+ operating cash flow ($1.1B FCF). The group functions as a global shared service within NBCUniversal performing critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, and London.

The Senior Financial Analyst for East Coast TV Production is an integral part of the O&T finance and operations teams. The Senior Financial Analyst will be managing the day to day financial activities for a ~$100MM OCF business and a $20M capital budget. This includes regular financial and operational metrics reporting, planning and analysis, ad hoc strategic modeling and day to day financial processes.

Job Summary This position will be responsible for managing all close and consolidation aspects of the close cycles for various NBCU Business Units (Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Channels, Television Production etc).

As part of the finance team, you will act as a finance partner to UP&E commercial team and oversee day-to-day finance operations. You will collaborate with both local team and LA team and also in touch with cross-region operations. Drive regular forecast submission and reviews.

Role Purpose: The Global Finance Operations Record-to-Report Senior Manager oversees the Record-to-Report functions, which include general ledger accounting, monthly close processes, asset accounting, account reconciliations, and various other tasks performed by both onshore and offshore teams. This role ensures that the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) provider meets service level agreements (SLAs), delivers excellent customer service to business units as the primary point of contact, and drives efficiency through a shared service model.

Role Purpose: The VP, Finance Transformation - AP is a critical role for NBCUniversal’s SAP S/4 HANA implementation, “Project Keystone.” This position will work with colleagues across the global NBCU Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment. This role will be an important part of ensuring inclusive design decisions, effective change management and substantial Finance transformation. This role will lead the Accounts Payable (AP) workstream, serving as the Controllership’s single point of contact.
