The Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting and Reporting assists in the day-to-day Controllership operations of the Studio Support and Participations & Residuals Accounting team, and is involved in a wide range of accounting and reporting areas. The role is in a fast-paced Studio headquarters environment, interfaces with various teams and has opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Support the accounting and reporting functions of Universal Domestic Theatrical Reporting and Focus Features, including managing their Fixed Assets processes and assisting in miscellaneous cash application.

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer for NBCUniversal Entertainment is a dynamic and insightful individual that operates as a self-starter and will leverage their strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills to liaison with staff, senior leaders, and externally to provide support with the goal of increasing the effectiveness and productivity of the executive.

· Manage various aspects of Participation Statement Reporting from the analysis and calculation all the way through cash pacing, payment, and statement delivery. · Lead and train staff. · Review statements prior to issuance to ensure contractual compliance and data integrity along with approving payments to the contractual party within contractual deadlines. · Interface with internal finance, disbursement groups and legal teams to address potential data, payment and contractual discrepancies including vendor set up and change management.
