Job Summary We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Risk Manager to preserve the company’s assets by identifying potential risks and making sure they’re properly insured, transferred, or managed internally. You’ll be the go-to expert on risk management, offering guidance across the business and working closely with teams around the world. This role also involves building strong relationships with brokers, legal teams, and other partners, while shaping and maintaining our risk management policies and procedures.

In addition, the Senior Finance Analyst will participate in / coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.
