Senior Account Manager
NBCUniversal is a leader in providing entertainment programming to the US and International marketplaces. The International Television division is responsible for the distribution of NBCU’s film and TV product to television and new media customers in all markets outside North America. Within International Television, the International New Media team has specific responsibility for growing new media distribution in these markets, including managing ongoing customer relationships to maximise revenue. The Account Management team is responsible for management of key transactional digital customers (covering PEW (PEST & PVOD), EST & VOD) including: Multi-territory platform customers (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google, etc.); and Key in-territory transactional partners (e.g. Sky, Orange etc.) The team manage some of our largest digital customers and are responsible for making these relationships as profitable as possible. The team have key budget responsibility and are assessed and tracked based on ambitious revenue growth targets in 2026 and beyond. The Senior Account Manager role is a key role within the team and will work closely with the Sales Administration, Operations, Business Insights, Marketing (Consumer and Trade) and Finance teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and execute effectively on revenue, efficiency and customer-growth targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Overall responsibility for assigned markets within EMEA with the goal of maximising revenue across all platforms and all product lines Provide commercial strategy for assigned markets utilising internal and external data to inform decisions Create and strengthen relationships with all assigned partners through regular interactions including meetings, content presentations, business reviews, events, and screenings Maintain relationship with internal teams/stakeholders through regular interactions Working closely with retailers to ensure maximum coverage of all new releases Implement Premium windows where required by working with the relevant internal teams and partners Originate and implement revenue driving initiatives across all product lines Support VP on industry initiatives undertaken via industry bodies (DEG) Line management of 1x direct report (Account Management Assistant) and responsible for their development
