What You’ll Do Lead cross product analysis covering Peacock and NBCU’s TVE apps to identify user behaviors and content patterns that drive engagement and retention. Design, measure, and report on OKRs tied to subscriber health, product performance, and retention outcomes. Build forecasting models that guide business planning and scenario simulations. Develop and QA data pipelines and dashboards in Tableau that surface actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Engineering to set up, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests. Detect and resolve data integrity issues across platforms to ensure analytical accuracy and reliability. Manage and mentor one direct report, helping them grow in technical, analytical, and communication skills. Present complex findings in clear, concise, and engaging ways that inspire confident action.
