VP, Brand & Campaign Design
Position Overview NBCUniversal is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of 360 Launch & Campaign Design to lead the creative development and execution of holistic marketing campaigns for our Series, Specials, and Late Night programming. This role is responsible for crafting breakthrough, multi-platform campaigns that captivate audiences, elevate our brands, and drive cultural relevance across the entertainment landscape. The VP will work in close partnership with the Vice President of 360 Brand and Strategic Campaigns ensuring strategic alignment, creative consistency, and cross-team collaboration across all major initiatives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of 360 campaigns for scripted and unscripted series, live specials, and late-night programming from concept through launch and sustain. Creative Leadership: Oversee the visual direction of campaigns, ensuring each execution reflects the tone, voice, and identity of the show while aligning with broader brand strategy. Platform Integration: Design campaigns that seamlessly span broadcast, streaming, digital, social, experiential, and out-of-home, with a deep understanding of platform-specific creative nuances. Talent & Show Collaboration: Partner closely with showrunners, producers, talent, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are authentic, collaborative, and strategically aligned. Cultural Relevance & Innovation: Infuse campaigns with bold creative thinking, cultural insight, and trend-forward design to ensure our content breaks through and resonates with diverse audiences. Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of creatives, designers, and producers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that champions innovation and excellence. Performance Optimization: Collaborate with Media & Planning, Platform, and Consumer Insights to evaluate campaign impact and apply learnings to future initiative
