Participate in client discovery meetings to understand goals and objectives – recap calls and answer questions Serve as product/offering subject matter expert in order to prepare media plans that address client goals/objectives Work through multiple rounds of media plan revisions based on client feedback Manage paid social media planning, platform setup and campaign delivery/reporting Execute paid media strategies to meet business KPIs across channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including bid strategies, messaging, targeting, and creative assets, against established KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media advertising strategies, analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve client objectives Pull inventory availability, ensuring budgets and impressions are accurately accounted for across a high volume of partners simultaneously Assist in deck creation the mirror media plans so clients have a visual representation of our products/offerings Conduct internal prep meetings with Sales on media plan elements, offering guidance on positioning Present media recommendations with Sales, addressing in-depth product questions Own all day-to-day account management duties including: Client/agency daily email correspondence Internal team alignment Spec creation Internal and external campaign kick-off-calls Asset and tag management Schedule CRM aspects of approved media plans with internal Digital Marketing team Assist in ad setup in ad server (GAM) and utilize Op1 (FAST Channel inventory) Create bi-weekly reporting decks that highlight campaign performance and optimizations for improved performance Generate full campaign recap at the conclusion of each deal that includes highlights and thought starters for renewals Present performance recaps to clients Create ‘Knowledge Sharing’ presentations, which highlight each NBC Sports Next offering that gets presented to Sales Having recurring weekly meetings with Sales to talk through products and deal specifics Handle billing inquiries from clients/agencies throughout campaign lifecycle
