Client Services Coordinator

At NBCUniversal, we are looking for a talented Client Services Coordinator to work closely with brands, post teams, and internal Tech Ops departments to ensure seamless execution of services. This role is pivotal in orchestrating daily requests and maintaining service costs and budgets. What You'll Do: Plan and schedule staffing for editorial, audio, color correction, and prep requests. Enter work orders and employee assignments in ScheduALL application. Support marketing clients and client services team using Air Table application. Participate in client meetings to gather details for executing requests. Collaborate with client service management to assess financial impact and allocate hours for post services. Work with Post Management and CS team on training plans, new hires, and cross-training initiatives. Reconcile daily work orders and maintain pacing documents. Pull reports from ScheduALL and Tableau to track project hours against budget. Provide operational support for post-production management and client services team. Troubleshoot workflow issues in our Portal/PTO application. Manage and track time off requests for all Post employees. Assess processes to develop workflow improvements for increased productivity and growth. Create and maintain SOPs for new workflows and changes. Assist Client Services team members in supporting, tracking, and reporting to clients. Service client base in multiple locations and time zones. Additional duties as required.
