The Senior Business Analyst Studio Production Technology is responsible for designing, implementing, & optimizing technology solutions and processes in support of NBCUniversal’s Film & Television production groups as part of the Studio Technology Solutions organization. This includes both software and hardware systems, as well as cloud-based production workflows. The role leverages strong subject matter expertise in production technologies across the SDLC to support projects for new technology solutions.

In this role, you are the connective tissue between our business and the systems that power them. Each day, you’ll dive into complex rights-in agreements—breaking down terms, windows, territories, and restrictions—and translate them into clear, structured requirements for our rights management platforms. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, and Technology, asking smart questions, untangling ambiguity, and ensuring that what we think we bought is exactly what our systems say we can use.

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities.

NBC Universal’s Quality & Project Management (QPM) team provides PMO services across large initiatives within Technical Operations and Enterprise Engineering. The team is seeking a Program Manager that will be instrumental in managing key relationships while overseeing large-scale technology programs for the Corporate Core and Engineering portfolio. This person will be instrumental in developing processes for a critical sub-portfolio while also managing a high-profile program.

NBC Universal’s Quality & Project Management (QPM) team provides PMO services across large initiatives within Technical Operations and Enterprise Engineering. The team is seeking a Program Specialist that will be instrumental in managing key program task while closely aligned to Program Managers across technology programs for the Corporate Core and Engineering portfolio. This person will be instrumental in supporting processes for a critical sub-portfolio while supporting key program tasks.

The Operational Excellence (OE) team is responsible for the technical and process health of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) consumer products business. Thus, this team drives process maturity, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across UP&E and the broader NBCUniversal organization. This role helps bridge the gap between the Product, Engineering, and Business Engagement teams, ensuring that UP&E’s technology foundation is stable.

Job Description NBCUniversal’s Enterprise Product team is seeking a Manager, Product to lead a team of Product Owners and Specialists dedicated to building and evolving the NBCU Profile product within the Enterprise Product, Data group. This role is responsible for driving key NBCU Profile platform initiatives from initial intake and definition through successful and timely execution—advancing the enterprise objective of secure, unified identity architecture in close partnership with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business Engagement teams.

The Technology Experience (TechEx) Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the NBCU Global Support Team. The role is 1st/2nd line desk side support break and fix. It demands a high level of customer service to ensure that customer satisfaction targets are both maintained and exceeded. This is a technical role requiring expert knowledge of the core Microsoft O365 products also experience of laptop/desktop/Mac and Mobile. This position would suit self-starters excited about technology and able to find answers to resolve complex technical issues.
