NBCUniversal is seeking a Director, Analytics & AI Solutions to join the Studio Distribution Technology & Operations organization within Universal Entertainment Technology. This role is responsible for defining and executing the analytics product strategy and AI solutions that enable commercial decision-making across Studio Distribution.

Responsibilities: Maintain and manipulate on-air playlists, execute program/commercial/marketing changes, and support live-event and contingency workflows using cutting-edge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi. Execute seamless program, commercial, and marketing changes and provide support for live events and contingency workflows. Take ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and lead a team of technicians to successfully execute on the departmental goal of 99.999% reliability. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching and performance management of a team of direct reports. Perform day to day operational coordination such as scheduling and ensuring proper troubleshooting and escalation of operational issues. Lead and serve as a project manager for department initiatives such as new workflow or technology development and implementation.

The Product Manager, AI Enablement is responsible for building and scaling AI starter kits and work accelerators that reshape how teams at NBCUniversal think about and execute the PDLC in an AI-native environment. This role acts as a consultative product partner for a single business unit, diagnosing workflow friction and guiding teams through AI-enabled shifts in planning, prioritization, and delivery while driving measurable adoption of AI starter kits.

The Senior Product Manager, AI Product Enablement is responsible for building and scaling AI starter kits and reusable work accelerators that transform how teams think about and execute the PDLC in an AI-native environment. This role combines deep product ownership with frontline BU engagement, acting as a primary point of contact for multiple business units throughout their AI enablement journeys. Senior Product Managers ensure accelerators solve real business problems, are reusable at scale, and are successfully adopted through hands-on partnership and guidance.

NBCUniversal’s Global Media Operations (GMO) is responsible for managing the content supply chain of the company and key functions such as content ingest, QC, preparation, and fulfillment to meet the needs of our customers worldwide.

The Studio Technology Solutions organization manages the technology platforms and applications that support the Studio’s businesses across Development, Production, Marketing, and Finance. The Director, Product and AI Solutions will play a key role in shaping the future of these platforms by developing and advancing portfolio-level product solutions and roadmaps that aligns business priorities, user needs, and technology investments.

The Assistant Editor position requires experience in Adobe Premiere editing, compliance editing as needed, finishing shortform assets, as well as knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop with the skill set to complete basic graphics creation using an existing template project. Avid knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities: Editorial skills include understanding Standards & Practice editing to meet Network requirements, knowledge of blurring and tracking of a video image.

This role requires a strong understanding of media asset management, content distribution, brand marketing, and post-production operations across broadcast, streaming, studio distribution, and marketing environments.
