NBCUniversal’s Data & Legal Solutions team operates as a central program operations group embedded across Ad Sales, Direct to Consumer, Distribution, Marketing, Research, Technology, Legal, and HR as trusted partners working together to implement strategic programs throughout the enterprise to effectively close gaps between central business and technology groups across a variety of projects.

The Salesforce Product Manager is a key contributor on the Studio Distribution Tech Ops team, supporting Salesforce and adjacent platforms used by Global TV Distribution. This role partners with business stakeholders, engineering, vendors, and technical teams to translate business needs into prioritized product enhancements, support roadmap planning, and help drive adoption of new capabilities. The position requires strong Salesforce knowledge, product thinking, business process analysis, and clear communication across business and technical teams.

NBCU has deployed SAP to run financial, logistics, and HR processes. SAP BPC is deployed to run the planning processes at an enterprise and division level. NBCU currently has 16 BPC solutions to support financial planning processes. NBCU is also on a Finance transformation journey that will result in most of the planning solutions moving to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). As the Business System Analysis Manager, you will be the bridge between finance strategy and technical execution.

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities.

Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, the Manager, Business Solutions leads a team that supports Global Media Operations by ensuring the effective execution of large-scale technology programs as well as process improvement in support of strategic business goals and objectives. This role will collaborate with leaders across varying business units and technology portfolios to ensure proper cross-functional coordination and execution across delivery teams from intake to completion.
