NBC Universal’s Technical Operations Product team builds products and services to organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Ad Sales, Broadcast Operations, NBC Digital, NBC News, NBC Sports, Cable Entertainment brands and local TV stations. The Enterprise Product team span 6 key verticals: Content Management, Content Sales and Finance, Scheduling and Distribution, Ad Sales, Ad Technology and Integration, Data and Analytics, and Linear Distribution.

The Project Manager Studio Production Technology is responsible for project management in support of NBCUniversal’s Film & Television production groups as part of the Studio Technology Solutions organization. The role will oversee technical program delivery and support for these business units, and serve as an engagement liaison to business stakeholders and technology teams across our divisions. The project manager will focus on the planning and implementation of projects to improve and modernize the tools, technologies and services for the studio production groups.

The Supervisor, Program Operations role will lead a team overseeing Peacock content fulfillment for both VOD and linear platforms. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the rest of the Program Operations team, Media Operations, Product and Engineering teams on executing fulfillment initiatives and workflow enhancements while developing strong partnerships with business partners across NBCUniversal. This position will aide in implementing short and long-term plans, pursue opportunities to further automate the Peacock supply chain and increase service reliability.

Coordinator will be responsible for ingesting and ready-stating content for delivery to the Peacock and/or SkyShowtime Platform. Coordinator will need to be well versed in communicating – frequent updates need to be sent to vendors, third party clients, network partners, and internal teams. Research content availability and readiness for servicing and assist with content backfill. Track status of content ingests and provide updates to stakeholders. Responsible for material management of programs, which includes coordination of publishing, delivery, fulfillment and replacements.

Team Overview Work with a highly motivated team of individuals who are responsible for the fulfillment of media content to NBCUniversal’s distribution outlets, including its broadcast and cable networks, owned television stations, international global networks, and online destinations including Peacock. NBCUniversal is seeking a Supervisor, Media Operations, to join the leadership team that encompasses all aspects of the digital supply chain: Client & Vendor Relations, Quality Control, and Delivery to clients all around the world.

This role will work with our internal Marketing Technology team in ensuring our clients, the Sports CRM/Email Marketing and SportsNext Marketing Operations teams, are getting everything they need from a project deliverability standpoint. This individual should be an expert in planning, tracking, maintaining accountability, and managing resources to deliver project(s) successfully for our client. This person should be very marketing/consumer data-driven, passionate, and have experience with being able to drive technical teams to execute these fast-paced business engagements/projects.

The Business Solutions Manager will be part of our Film & TV Studios Technical Operations group and will report into the Studio Technology Solutions team. In this role, the Business Solutions Manager will partner and engage with various functional and technology stakeholders on technology initiatives for our Universal Pictures International (UPI) business. Business support areas will include, but not necessarily be limited to, Sales, Theatrical Distribution and Finance.

This Senior Business Analyst position is a key member of the Studio Distribution Technical Operations organisation supporting the International Home Entertainment and Digital Distribution businesses. This role is a unique combination: half traditional Business Analyst supporting the applications that manage the distribution of our content across physical and digital media; and half Data Analyst working with our business partners to analyse title performance and consumer trends in order to maximise revenue for our studio.
