Finance Trainee

Our Universal Pictures International team in Madrid are looking for a new Finance Trainee to join them soon as possible. Role and Responsibilities will include: Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A budget (Prints and Advertising) and actual expenses Collaboration in the reporting to Head Office, running reports and analysing the data with SAP and other systems Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes Review of expense reports using the tool CONCUR Supervision of invoices accounting Follow up of AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIs Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits Customer and vendor balances reconciliation Assist with any other ad hoc projects
