Paralegal, Regulatory Affairs

Role Purpose NBCUniversal, one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies, is seeking to hire a regulatory paralegal for our Washington, DC office. Job Duties Maintain master FCC calendar of license terms and filing deadlines Assist with FCC licensing coordination, including proofreading and filing applications and other documents in LMS, ULS and ICFS Liaise with company personnel in support of FCC periodic reporting obligations Support preparation of regulatory compliance training materials and oversee internal compliance audits periodically Monitor FCC Daily Digest, Federal Register and other sources for deadlines and other matters affecting NBCUniversal Coordinate with Finance regarding preparation and submission of quarterly and annual Universal Service Fund reports Partner with with FCC staff to troubleshoot filing systems and other matters Lead coordination efforts for the Regulatory Affairs team’s project management duties Provide additional support to the team as needed
