Role Purpose Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs – NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Counsel to join the team responsible for advising business units subject to federal regulatory requirements by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), as well as engaging in related communications and technology policy issues. Candidate must have demonstrated experience in the broadcast media and/or digital content industry, and must possess superior analytical, problem-solving and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Role Purpose The Associate Counsel/Counsel, Ad Tech & Partnerships will report to the VP, Ad Tech & Partnerships and help support the development, distribution and monetization of data-driven advertising products and services. This role primarily involves drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment and requires a self-starter with a curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about NBCU’s ad technology stack and staying current on developments in caselaw and regulations impacting the digital advertising industry.

Role Purpose The NBCUniversal News legal team supports NBC News, MSNBC, CNBC, E! News, NBCU Local and Telemundo Network. The editorial lawyers work closely with journalists and editorial leadership to provide timely, practical, and strategic advice in support of our journalism and growing news business. Based in Miami, Telemundo produces and distributes premium Spanish-language news content to U.S. Hispanics and audiences around the world. Its flagship nightly news program is Noticias Telemundo. Telemundo Stations Group consists of 30 local television stations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

The Manager, Contract Operations, is an integral member of UP&E, responsible for providing operational support to the UP&E APAC team across all categories (Toys & Hardlines, Fashion & Living and Food, Beauty & Care, Publishing). The primary focus will be driving operational excellence in the contract lifecycle, business development to drive growth, contract negotiations with key partners and to support both regional and country teams.

Overview: Working as part of NBCUniversal’s global employment law group, provide employment law advice across the Group’s Media and DTC businesses in the UK, EMEA and APAC. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and counsel to HR, managers, business leaders, and other internal lawyers, both within and outside the US, regarding the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues in the UK, EMEA and APAC.
