Assist attorneys with review of marketing and advertising collateral including press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content for compliance with trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review of scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.

Role Purpose Support NBCUniversal’s businesses with respect to compliance with the Global Brand Standards (GBS) audit and risk management program. Responsibilities Review Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) licensee factory audit reports and corrective action evidence to determine factory waiver program eligibility. Serve as a contact and resource for the business unit, particularly as it relates to China, for the GBS factory waiver program. Initiate and send out Waiver approval letters.

The Director, Business & Legal Affairs will be part of a team handling all matters involving the Global Distribution business (including negotiating, advising on and documenting content license/distribution agreements with customers across the globe and handling distribution aspects of commissioning, co-production and co-financing transactions and arrangements).

Role Purpose NBCUniversal seeks an Associate Counsel, Employment Law to provide strategic and practical legal counsel for Universal Destinations & Experiences.

Under general direction of the Legal & Business Affairs department, the Senior Attorney, Marketing is responsible for (1) drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts, letter agreements and other legal documentation for advertising and marketing services and projects, digital services and media, social media and influencer marketing; and (2) reviewing marketing materials and managing regulatory, statutory, and contractual compliance requirements.
