Role Purpose: The VP, Corporate Events will report to the Senior Vice President, NBCU Corporate Events.

Role Summary: This is an exciting & challenging opportunity to provide HR for HR support to our team members at Universal Destinations & Experiences, as well as help support the broader HR community at NBCUniversal. Role Purpose: The Contracts Specialist resides in the Intellectual Property (IP) Innovation, Technology, and Policy team, which provides strategic legal and policy counsel to NBCUniversal divisions worldwide on disruptive technologies, and negotiates transactions that leverage AI and other new technologies. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role provides the unique opportunity to obtain an in-depth view and understanding of the full company’s cash flow and balance sheet.

Role Purpose The Administrative Assistant will perform a broad range of activities for two HR executives at NBCUniversal, supporting both the SVP for Global HR Ops & Data Analytics and the SVP for Global Rewards & Global Mobility. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support, including calendar management, planning and setting up meetings, and providing day to day office support as needed.
