The Director of Billing Operations is responsible for leading all international billing processes of the Global Customer Finance Operations organization (GCFO), which oversees order-to-cash processes for Advertising Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Networks, and Brand Development, among other NBCU businesses. This role reports to the Sr. Director GCFO Operations.

Role Purpose: The Global Finance Operations Record-to-Report Senior Manager oversees the Record-to-Report functions, which include general ledger accounting, monthly close processes, asset accounting, account reconciliations, and various other tasks performed by both onshore and offshore teams. This role ensures that the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) provider meets service level agreements (SLAs), delivers excellent customer service to business units as the primary point of contact, and drives efficiency through a shared service model.

Role Purpose: The VP, Finance Transformation - AP is a critical role for NBCUniversal’s SAP S/4 HANA implementation, “Project Keystone.” This position will work with colleagues across the global NBCU Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment.
