Role Purpose: The Accounting Record-to-Report Senior Manager oversees the Record-to-Report functions, which include general ledger accounting, monthly close processes, asset accounting, account reconciliations, and various other tasks performed by both onshore and offshore teams. This role ensures that the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) provider meets service level agreements (SLAs), delivers excellent customer service to business units as the primary point of contact, and drives efficiency through a shared service model.

Role Summary The Senior Compensation Analyst will conduct data analysis related to the design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentives, sales compensation, employee recognition and deferred compensation.

Leveraging the candidate’s depth of experience, creative problem solving, and critical thinking, this position will support the Vice President of Global Travel Management in overseeing and managing the global travel program, including travel policy, vendor negotiation and traveler safety and security, with the aim of optimizing costs, compliance, and the travel experience.

As our APAC Payroll Analyst, you will be a key member of our global payroll team and will play an integral part in sustaining a world-class global payroll service. This role forms part of a wider International team responsible for processing all global payrolls outside the US. The International remit currently includes 24 countries and 74 payrolls. You will be based in Singapore and will support the end to end payroll cycle for the Asia Pacific region, reporting to the International Payroll Director based in London.

Role Purpose This Los Angeles-based position will support the Labor & Employment team and functions for Universal Destinations & Experiences, including supporting work in Los Angeles and Orlando, Florida.

The Global Process Owner, Record to Report (R2R) sits within the Global Finance Operations (GFO) team within Global Controllership reporting to the SVP, Global Finance Operations, and will be responsible for driving the R2R transformation roadmap and strategy at a very transformational time within NBCU, as we migrate from a SAP ECC platform to S/4 Hana over the coming years. In addition, the R2R GPO will also be responsible for driving the Blackline strategy as we look to further leverage the Blackline capabilities, which will continue be a key boundary system.
