Role Purpose: The Global Customer Financial Operations is a hybrid shared services organization that oversees the global order-to-cash functions for the NBCUniversal Media LLC company, which include Ad Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Products & Experiences, and many other major divisions. The mission of GCFO is to facilitate sales, accelerate cash flow, mitigate risk, and provide customer service excellence.

Role Purpose: As the Travel & Expense Sr. Analyst, you will work to execute the Travel & Expense activities of NBCUniversal. Each year, the company processes over 200,000 T&E reports and this person is integral in ensuring that these expenses are entered and paid correctly. Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze reports to identify duplicate expenses entered by employees into the T&E system. Investigate each report to confirm if duplicate and coordinate with employees for reimbursements to the company. Review and reconcile T&E balances in SAP.

Role Purpose: Within the Global Customer Finance Operations organization, the Risk Manager is responsible for the delivery of the Credit Risk Management functions including, risk identification, risk measurement and assessment, risk mitigation, risk reporting and monitoring, and risk governance. Role Purpose: Global Finance Operations (GFO) is NBCU’s centralized shared service organization providing various finance and accounting services across the Business Units within NBCU. GFO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the Accounting Manager. This manager role will be responsible for the delivery of the R2R functions including general ledger accounting, monthly close activities, asset accounting, account reconciliations and other various processes performed by both onshore and offshore teams.
