The team builds applications to support our internal legal intellectual property partners as well as platform operations on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. The applications help monitor NBCUniversal titles across search engines, data sharing networks and various content delivery pipelines. The data is collected by the team and analyzed internally to support business-decision driving initiatives at the company.

The Coordinator, HR Ops Data Processing will be responsible for completing the assigned transaction workloads while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining data integrity. The Senior Finance Manager based in London is part of the Global Close & Consolidation team. This position has a highly visible role within NBCU’s Controllership Group and requires interaction and relationship management with a number of high impact stakeholders as well as the oversight of two finance analysts based in London. This position will be responsible for managing all close and consolidation aspects of the close cycles for various NBCU Business Units (Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Channels, Television Production etc).

NBCUniversal is seeking an Intellectual Property Clearance Analyst to support the Brands and Content, Intellectual Property team with the global clearance process. Proficiency with trademark clearance or general intellectual property practice is preferred.

Role Purpose: The Timekeeping Manager is responsible for managing UDX’s day-to-day time and attendance processes and staff. UDX’s Time & Attendance Operations consist of staff responsible for the administration of the timekeeping system, which includes configuration and customization to support wage and hour rules including the application of minimum wage and FLSA adjustments and the application of internal pay practices.

Role Purpose: Perform daily functions of Payroll Operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of payroll, including planning and direction of workflow to complete the weekly payroll cycle in accordance with established deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process payroll transactions in accordance with established deadlines. Initiate processes and create/generate reports that result in or lead to the completion of a paycheck. Perform data entry to maintain record information for Team Members and/or vendors as applicable.
