Role Purpose The Project Manager, Corporate Legal Affairs will partner with key business and legal stakeholders, as well as internal subject matter experts, to develop, strategize, and help drive cross-company initiatives that impact NBCUniversal in support of the due diligence of the corporate structuring project. In collaboration with functions such as Legal, O&T, HR, and Communications, the Project Manager will act as a knowledgeable resource to inform and manage project teams as processes and initiatives are being considered and developed.

Triage, research and respond to inquiries from internal clients and union representatives regarding union contract compliance Assist with investigating, responding to and preparing for labor grievances & arbitrations, and independently handle union grievances, through pre-arbitration phase Execute and support union contract administration Support collective bargaining, including preparation, research, contract implementation and drafting Assist employment lawyers in gathering information for responses to employment legal demand letters, agency charges, and other legal and administrative

Work with NBCU Compliance and Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) to manage, monitor and escalate compliance risks Partner with NBCU Compliance, NBCU Employment, and UDX to conduct integrity investigations Monitor business travel to foreign countries and prepare necessary export filings Assist with the implementation and management of key compliance tools, such as Gifts and Business Entertainment, as well as Conflicts of Interest Support and keep records for business units and functions with GBE requests to government officials, and work with NBCU Compliance and Comcast Political

NBCUniversal is seeking a Vice President Legal, AI Innovation and Acceleration to serve as the lead business lawyer for the newly formed AI Innovation and Acceleration group. In addition, this role will coordinate legal advice across the legal matrix, including business and corporate functions. This role will report to the General Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs, Operations & Technology. The role will focus on guidance and risk assessments involving artificial intelligence, machine learning and other new technologies as needed.
