NBCUniversal is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly efficient individual to support its Advertising Partnerships & Marketing Legal teams (with attorney oversight as necessary). The ideal candidate will have experience providing contract support for advertising sales and/or marketing initiatives and partnering with business teams on the creation and execution of innovative content, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns. Here you can: Draft, review, revise, and negotiate clearance agreements, location agreements, vendor agreements, equipment rental agreements, non-disclosure agreements, venue agreements, SOWs, promotions documents for contests/sweepstakes, and other contracts Provide timely and thoughtful advice on potential risks and issues Research and evaluate production issues Process and upload contracts and correspondence into group files and databases Participate in task forces to evaluate and establish new procedures to streamline workflow and enhance department productivity Coordinate with team on additional projects and priorities
