Analyst, Finance Data Stewardship
Team Overview You will join our office in Amsterdam or London as part of the Finance Data Operations team within NBCUniversal’s Corporate Global Controllership. Reporting to the Director of Data Stewardship, you will work across all business segments—including Studios, Parks, and Media—while collaborating closely with colleagues across Finance and IT. Role Overview In this role, you will also be an important part of our Finance Data Governance and Stewardship program, driving operational excellence in data architecture and stewardship where you will analyse, govern, and cleanse vendor and customer master data across PTP, and OTC business process areas. An important part of this role will be working with different business units and finance leaders to enforce data governance and exceptions and provide guidance to your stakeholders on best practices related to SAP’s standard data elements and metadata. A key responsibility of this position is to perform daily operational activities to ensure adherence to business SLAs, enabling prompt invoice processing within both PTP and OTC functions. You will develop a thorough understanding of the Finance Data landscape—including principal data domains, essential data elements, business rules, and source systems—and act as a steward to maintain the integrity of critical data integrations. Responsibilities: Organise and operationalise data cleansing tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately Support data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity and consistency across different datasets (OTC, PTP) Provide operational support by ensuring Zendesk tickets are completed in a timely manner while still maintaining data quality Build relationships and collaborate with business units to identify data issues and prioritise cleansing activities Ensure data quality is reviewed and KPIs are meeting agreed upon standards Pull large datasets from SAP, MDG, and other boundary systems and conduct analysis across different datasets Daily review and approval of Master Data Governance (MDG) change requests
