Control Room PA

-Maintain and distribute an updated schedule to Graphics, Lighting, and Stage Managers for the current and upcoming week of production. Keep an updated hard copy posted for reference in control room. -Find, clip, and distribute reference clips from previous shows for corresponding features, games, and bits planned for the show that day to be sent to crew in studio and to EVS for control room reference -Clip and send music rehearsal footage to necessary departments -Record and log RAW footage of rehearsals throughout the day to be posted and sent for reference throughout the studio and office -Post and update info regarding run of show for edit notes -Post links to RAW show recordings for access within the office -Watch show taping and flag any possible issues that may need to be addressed in edit -Check and download copy of Multicam recording of show taping to be used in edit -Other duties in control room as needed
